Experiencing the Local Life in the Dominican Republic

It's no secret that the Dominican Republic is one of the best Caribbean destinations. The impressive 5-star hotels in the country situated in white sanded
beaches are no coincidence. Any tourist who visits the country and stays in one of these impressive hotels will surely attest to the beauty of the beach and
wonderful accommodation. Those who visit the place for an adult themed vacation will even have a first-hand experience of the warmth of the Dominican
ladies as they are personally pampered.

However, the Dominican Republic is not just about the beach and beautiful women. While visiting the country, you can also try to experience or at least see the
life of the locals. The real Dominican Republic can be easily visited or even experienced by tourists who want to learn more about the culture and tradition of the
country. If you're visiting to have some fun with an adult companion, you can ask her to show more of her country and she can be your guide during this adventure.

Not Just the Beach

The biggest misconception about the country is that it's just beaches. But the island is large enough to feature inland beauties that should never be missed by the
daring ones. A good example of this is the Pico Duarte, which is the highest mountain in the Dominican Republic. Trekking there could take at least three days
(coming and going) which means you should at least stay in the country for a week or two to visit the mountain. There is also Lake Enriquillo, located at the
center of an island and regarded as the largest lake in the country.

Enjoying the Local Food

If trekking and enjoying the natural wonders found in the country is not your cup of tea, you can still enjoy the local flavor of the country literally. Most, if not all,
resorts in the Dominican Republic will be more than willing to prepare their local cuisine. Here's an interesting tip for you: the best traditional cuisine in the Dominican
Republic did not come from the sea. A local meal will usually consist of the following: beans, rice, chicken, plantains and some fruits. While there are still local cuisines
with fish, local flavors will not necessarily involve fish. Compared to other countries in the Caribbean where they use a lot of ingredients, the locals of the Dominican
Republic are very simple in flavoring the meals. After your hearty meal, you can further your enjoyment of the local flavor by trying their popular beer (Presidente),
rum or cigars.

Music and Dance

Aside from the beautiful ladies, stunning beaches, and great tasting cuisine, the local experience of the Dominican Republic is never complete without music and dance.
The country's most popular dance Merengue should be tried by everyone who visits the country. It doesn't matter if you have two left feet for dancing - the dance is
very easy to learn. You can enjoy the dance with local music as your beautiful lady companion will teach you how to do the basic moves of Merengue.
